Billing & Cancellation Policies

Membership Fees

Here are our current membership fees:

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. If we do change our prices, we will notify you 30 days in advance of the change.

Payment Options

We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We do not accept checks or money orders.

Billing Plans

If you are a professional member, you can pay your membership fees monthly or annually. If you pay monthly, we will bill your credit card for $34.95 on the day that you become a professional member and every 30 days thereafter. If you pay annually, we will bill your credit card for $299.95 on the day that you become a professional member and every 360 days thereafter.

You may change from monthly to annual billing at any time. If you change to annual billing, we will immediately bill your credit card for $299.95 and add 360 days to the end of your current monthly billing cycle. For example, if today is May 15th and your current billing cycle ends on May 31st, we will bill your credit card for $299.95 on May 15th and we will change the end date for your billing cycle to May 26th of next year.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. If you are a basic member, the cancellation will take effect immediately. If you are a professional member, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. This means we will stop billing your credit card immediately, but you will continue to be able to login until the end of your current billing cycle.

Declined Credit Cards

If we attempt to bill your credit card and the charge is declined for insufficient funds, we will continue to bill your card for 30 days. If we are still unsuccessful, we will cancel your membership. If the charge is declined because the card is cancelled, lost or stolen, we will notify you by email and give you 10 days to provide a new credit card. If you do not provide a new card, we will cancel your membership.

Refunds

It is your responsibility to cancel your membership if you are not using it and we will not issue refunds for unused portions of memberships. If you have any questions about your bill, please call MergerNetwork customer support at 617-497-5100.
