We are a diversified international group with private capital looking to acquire a company (s) within the US in the communications industry. We are interested in companies which are at least five (5) years + old with recurring revenues from monthly service fees in the wireless industry with combined revenues of $10M up to $200M. Companies should have minimum ebidta of $3M solid client base (US Government business a +) and in a high-growth industry in their market.
