A summary of the industry is as follows. There are only 2-3 mastering companies in the United States. Mastering companies take the finished projects (movies, video games, and music) usually still on the producers hard drives; converts them to a master disc that is then replicated by companies that mass produce the finished product to be sold in stores around the world.

The largest mastering company in the United States only services the larger motion picture production companies; which has a 6-9 month waiting list for any and all new materials. That average cost to master a new copy on average is $6000-$8000 US per release and usually requires two copies, essentially $12,000-$16,000 for every new release of any film, video game, music cd or books on cd.
Roughly only 20% of the industry has been serviced in a timely manner, leaving an 80% market area under serviced. The company has several US and International letters of intent for HD-DVD and Blue Ray Disc Mastering requests and verbal commitments that if they obtain the financing to acquire the equipments, they would have others from additional clients around the world.

Their plans are to produce 18 master copies per day at $2500 per copy ($5,000US) per master produced. This equates to $45,000 per day in revenue or $315,000 per week, $16,380,000 annually. Keep in mind that they will not be replicating disc, only mastering (producing a master disc in HD, DVD, and Blue Ray definition). In turn this company will cut the time to market for new material in the industry for all segments of businesses from Music CDs, Video Games and New Movie Releases.

The principals are open to allowing the investors up to 80% controlling interest until debt is paid with interest and decreasing controlling interest to a fixed 40% interest in company and investors stay an active part of the advisory and managing board.
